Question 1

How quickly can you stand up a team?

Accepted Answer

For managed support and network work, typically 2–3 weeks from signed scope. For dedicated engineering teams, we shortlist within 7 days and have named engineers working inside your sprints in 3–4 weeks.

Question 2

What does an engagement actually cost?

Accepted Answer

Managed support is priced per user or per endpoint per month. Projects are milestone-priced against a fixed scope. Dedicated engineers are a flat monthly rate per person with no recruitment fee. Every proposal shows the full number before you commit.

Question 3

Who owns the code and IP?

Accepted Answer

You do, in full, from the first commit. Repositories sit under your organisation, and handover includes documentation and credentials. There is no licensing trap on work we build for you.

Question 4

How do you handle data protection and compliance?

Accepted Answer

Least-privilege access, encrypted transit and storage, audited admin actions, and signed data-processing terms. We work to ISO 27001 controls and support you through client security questionnaires and audits.

Question 5

Can you take over an existing project from another vendor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with a short technical audit of the codebase or infrastructure, produce a risk and remediation list, and agree a takeover plan before touching production.

Question 6

Do you offer 24/7 support and on-call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard cover is business hours in your timezone; 24/7 monitoring with on-call escalation is available as an SLA tier, and is included by default for network and cloud infrastructure clients.
